Job Description

Job Title: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Pontypridd, South WalesSalary: £24,000 - £25,000 per yearContract Type: Permanent, Full TimeAre you an excellent communicator with exceptional nterpersonal skills Do you enjoy building relationships with customers and helping a company grow Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Pontypridd.Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our clients products and services
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Assist with obtaining competitive prices for products and assist with the purchasing process
  • Take and process orders accurately
  • Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role
  • Track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programmes and telephone systems
  • Ability and willingness to learn about our clients products and services and effectively communicate them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered, robust, and resilient disposition
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
