Job Description

  • Salary: £20,000 p/a rising to £22,000 after probation, OTE £30,000
  • Full-time hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30am to 1.00pm Friday
  • Contract: Permanent positions available
  • Location: Porth near Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taff
  • No weekend work!
  • Free onsite parking at their head office in Porth, Pontypridd
Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:
  • Making outbound calls to customers, following warm leads
  • Generating and setting appointments through those warm leads
  • Building a strong rapport with clients and providing excellent customer care
  • Speaking with vulnerable customers and demonstrating great empathy in your conversations
  • Effectively handling objections with resilience and professionalism
  • Using an internal CRM system to capture customer data
  • Ensuring individual KPIs and targets are met
Key skills of a Sales Advisor:
  • Previous experience in sales is essential
  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment is desirable
  • Ability to work well and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills along with a clear and eloquent telephone manner
  • Must have empathy for the customer
  • Ability to provide a positive and helpful customer journey
