We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a well established print and packaging company based in Pontypridd although you would work remotely with flexibility to visit the offices when required.This Business Development Manager role is a permanent position with a salary of £35-40k + commission (Year 1 OTE £45k per annum) plus 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays!As Business Development Manager you will report into the Sales Manager networking to win new business within any business that requires printed retail packaging. You will be comfortable identifying your own leads, determining and building rapport with the correctdecision makers to understand their business requirements and solution sell and gain repeat business. You will work closely with a team of estimators and account managers, create quotations, send samples and close the deal.
