  • Based in Pontypool, Gwent
  • Full time 37.5 hrs Monday to Friday
  • Permanent
  • Starting salary of £27,000 to £30000 on experience
  • 25 days holiday/year. BUPA health plan. Pension.
Warehouse ManagerCan you ensure our award-winning Childrens bikes are picked and delivered on timeFrog Bikes is a multi-award-winning family business manufacturing innovative lightweight childrens bikes in the UK and Far East.As a rapidly expanding business, we are now recruiting for an experienced warehouse professional to manage our 80,000 square foot modern warehouse facility in Pontypool.You will take full accountability for all warehouse-related aspects, stock control plus incoming & outgoing products & materials to fully support the business in the assembly, storage & sale of high-quality childrens bikes.Who we are looking for:Working for a fast-growing enterprise we are looking for a highly organised warehouse professional who can lead and develop our warehouse team and ensure we work efficiently and to the highest safety and quality standards.You will need:
  • A proven track record in a warehouse supervisory or management role
  • A high level of computer literacy & be well versed in computerized stock control systems
  • Experience in managing a multifunctional team (Warehouse and Admin) with the people skills to motivate, performance manage and develop a team
  • Good communication, literacy, and Numeracy skills
  • A Quality & Continuous Improvement Focus to review and improve processes and controls
  • Current counterbalance forklift truck license
  • Experience of working in an ISO or BRC controlled environment
  • High level of manual dexterity
