THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR 12 MONTHS DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly efficient, committed and suitably-experienced individual to join the SPACE-Wellbeing (Single Point of Access for Childrens Emotional wellbeing) team in Gwent, working as SPACE-Wellbeing Assistant Co-ordinator. The individual will work alongside Co-ordinators for the Torfaen SPACE-Wellbeing panel (2 days / week) and the Monmouthshirre Early Help Panel (2 days / week), ensuring a smooth and efficient co-ordination and administrative process that helps children, young people and their families to get the right help, first time, at the right time,Since its launch across the Gwent region in March 2019, SPACE-Wellbeing has been recognised nationally as a model of practice that enables services to work together in joined-up ways and that ensures there is no wrong door for children, young people and their families. SPACE-Wellbeing is a key part of a wider programme through which ABUHB and its Local Authority partners aim to transform how agencies work together to support childrens mental health health and emotional wellbeing.
