We work to ensure their voices are heard, and campaign to bring lasting change to theirlives.About us Our project works in partnership with the local authority to provide play scheme sessions to children and young people with disabilities, from the ages of 5-18 yearsAll the children will have been assessed by a Social Worker from the children with disabilities team and we can only accept referrals from this team.Sessions are in a group setting at specific venues within the local community. Some children may have an identified 1-1 but remain in the group setting. We also provide fun clubs at the same locations for the children.This allows the young people opportunities to enjoy activities of their choice whilst being supported to develop their social, communication and practical life skills.Your role will entail you to join in and have fun and play with the children bringing out the best of them and their abilities. We want the children to shine and we want you to be their on their journey. The sessions are tailored to the childrens needsand wishes and you will be the person to support them and keeping them safe when completing the activities.
