Quantity SurveyorPontyclun£30,000 - £60,000 (Intermediate - Senior levels considered) + Car Allowance + Excellent Progression + Training OpportunitiesExcellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established groundworks company where you will work on a range of interesting projects whilst having excellent opportunities to progress your career.Do you have experience in groundworks or looking for a change in industry Are you a Quantity Surveyor with previous experience in the construction industry On offer is the chance to a reputable firm operating at the forefront of their market.This well-established groundworks contractor work on a range of construction projects for a wide array of sectors including; Residential developments, Commercial spaces, Retail and Healthcare projects. The company pride themselves on delivering a high qualityservice to all clients and have therefore developed long term business relationships. These relationships have continued to increase their workload and they are now looking to bring an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join the team.In this role you will be split between the office and site, usually 3 days in the office and 2 on site. You will be responsible for take offs, producing valuations, tendering packages, commercial reports for reconciliation, producing bills of quantities forthe estimators and liaising with management to ensure everything is delivered on time and within budget. A full UK Driving License will be needed for site visits.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a reputable groundworks contractor which offers a varied workload and large responsibility from day one alongside a great salary and package.The Role:
