Are you a commercially minded pricing professional Able to use pricing optimisation software as part of defined pricing strategiesOur client are a famous high street brand within a group of companies in the FMCG sector and they are looking for an experienced pricing professional to join their new and quickly evolving pricing team.Whats the packageUpto £50k with company car25 days ALPension and life insurance schemeGenuine Hybrid working2/3 days a week from homeWhats roleLeading two existing analysts, youll use optimisation software to better execute the organisations pricing strategy, and make insight and data led amendments when required.This is a FMCG organisation who have 1000s of lines. Youll need to have a real eye for detail and with it experience of excel and power BI.What will set you apart from the rest will be your grasp of pricing from a commercial stand point. Being able to understand opportunities and subsequent consumer pricing to maintain margins and profitability.At this point in the teams evolution this is a hands on role. Youll be actively analysing and taking data lead decisions, as well as developing the way this department interacts with the wider business.A background in retail or wholesale pricing management would be desirable, and the ability to work at volume is key.
