Job Description

The Payroll Specialist position is essential in maintaining the financial efficiency within our Not For Profit sector. The role requires keen attention to detail and proficiency in accounting & finance systems.Client DetailsOur client is a respected, mid-sized organisation within the Not For Profit and charities sector.   • Ensure accurate processing of the companys payroll
  • Collaborate with the finance team to implement effective payroll systems
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information
  • Handle payroll queries and provide supportive solutions
  • Update and manage employee payroll records
  • Prepare payroll reports for management
  • Assist with financial audits related to payroll
  • Maintain compliance with current payroll tax requirements
ProfileA successful Payroll Specialist should have:
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll practices
