Working with the General Manager and your colleguse you will help shapeand deliver the people agenda at this important canning site. This is a 24 / 7, fast pace , FMCG site with a new General Manager so if you are an HR professional and wouldlike to be part of an exciting new project we would like tohear from you.About the RoleYou will Reporting into the siteGeneral Manager and workas part of the ProductionLeadership team, you will be responsible for leading the local delivery and implementation of Refrescos people management strategies. You will have management responsibilityforthe HR Administrator and Training Coordinator at the Pontefract site.This role will enable you to contribute at an operational level, identifying HR priorities on site and recommend and implement appropriate people management solutions in line with the standards, processes and procedures set by the business.Your areas of responsibility will include the below, with clear KPIs attached to each of these areas.
