Job Description

An exciting opportunity to get involved in a start-up environment in an upmarket area of Cardiff offering a premium dog grooming service to local clients.To share in the success/ambitious growth plans of this well-funded Company.Duties

  • Assist in design, Planning and Implementation of the first Salon
  • Staff Recruitment, training and development (groomers/assistants/Trainees)
  • Daily Dog grooming
  • Sales of associated grooming/dog products
  • Sales of monthly Groom Plan
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Motivated, ambitious self-starter
  • Able to operate in a start-up environment
  • Two years Salon grooming experience
  • Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Salon Management and Dog Grooming
  • Computer, dBase and Finance literate
  • Customer focussed mentality
Package
  • Salary Negotiable depending on Experience
  • Annual Bonus based on Salon performance
