**IMMEDIATE START** Day Time Warehouse Operative- School Run Shift- Flexible daysWe know that it can be difficult to find part time work to fit in with the school run, so we are offering a new, flexible shift to help you maintain balance between your home and work life. We are looking for people to work from 10am-2pm ideally from Monday-Friday, but we are able to accommodate fewer days if needed.Our client, a market leader in their field (based in Pontarddulais), provides an excellent working environment and good conditions for those who want to work hard and develop. We are recruiting additional Warehouse Operatives to cover our peak period.You will be required to pick books and pack them into boxes across the duration of your shift, so you need to be comfortable with repetitive tasks. The instructions on what to pick is delivered by a voice pick system. Full training will be provided.As a picker, you will be expected to pick to daily targets which will be explained to you in full. You can expect to get daily feeback, and where necessary we will provide additional training to ensure you are able to achieve your targets.As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
