REED Industrial are hiring in Swansea!We have an exciting Permanent, Full-Time opportunity for a Night Shift Team Leader to join our client and help to support their ongoing business growth!The client you will be working for are a comprehensive fulfilment service for over thirty internal and external publishers. Last year, the client distributed almost 50 million books in the UK and across the globe.

Up to £32,000 per annual plus 20% shift allowance
Full time, Permanent position
37.5 hours per week (8pm - 6am Sunday to Thursday)
Swansea, SA4 8QD

The ideal candidate will work closely with the other members of the leadership team on shift and hold shared and specific responsibilities within the Bulk (pallet and pack storage) and Finishing department, reporting to the Senior Team Leader.Key Responsibilities:

Manage performance of the team, including training and development.
Engage all the team members in identifying potential improvements in themselves and the department.
Ensuring individual, team and site health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to and given a high priority.
Develop a customer focussed approach to the processes you are responsible for, and progress these where possible to improve the customer experience.

Skills/ Experience:

Proven track record of working in logistics.
A-C level GSCE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language
Supervisory/leadership experience
