Job Description

Night Shift CoordinatorSingle Resource are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Coordinator to work on the night shift at our clients site in Pontarddulais.Details of Night Shift Coordinator:

  • Start date: Immediate
  • Working: Night shift (hours between 6pm and 6am - 8 hour shifts)
  • Salary: £21,000 per annum plus £2,000 shift allowance
  • Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday nights, 37.5 per week
  • Location: Swansea
    • Responsibilities of a Night Shift Coordinator:
  • Monitor performance of Single Resource Flexi Workers
  • Deliver new starter inductions
  • Check in staff and follow up any absent workers
  • Conduct return to work interviews
  • Issue any informal file notes as per Single Resource policy
  • Allocate/re-deploy Flexi Workers to work areas
  • Approve and manage holiday requests
  • Ensure Single Resource Flexi Workers adhere to their terms of employment
  • Handle day to day enquiries from Single Resource Flexi Workers
  • Attend meetings as required with the clients Section/Team Leaders
  • Supporting the clients Management Teams
    • As a Night Shift Coordinator you will need to have:
  • Experience of dealing with conflict
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working in a warehouse would be advantageous
