Occupational Therapist Full Time, 37.5 Hours (Part Time applications will also be considered)Band 6 or Band 7 Equivalent - Salary Negotiable depending upon experienceThe RoleFieldbay are currently recruiting for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The role of the Occupational Therapist will be to work with Service Users with neurological and mental health conditions living in nursing/residential homes in South Wales.The successful applicant will be required to provide comprehensive individualised person centred treatment programmes covering all areas of ADL, including overseeing the daily activities programme. They will be expected to work independently and will be required to manage their own caseload. An ability to demonstrate sound clinical reasoning and problem solving skills is essential, as is the flexibility of thinking in order to deliver Occupational Therapy to a group of service users with changing needs.Effective planning and organising workload and time is an integral part of the post.
