Marketing and Research SpecialistSwansea £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + benefits Are you an experienced Marketeer with a genuine interest in the world of Global Manufacturing Do you have experience in Global Market Analysis coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with Senior staff members and technical staffYolk is proud to support this exciting recruitment campaign for a Marketing Specialist with a focus on Global Market Research. Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team and help drive the companysgrowth strategy through market research and business analysis.Heres what youll be doing:

Managing and coordinating all market research activities for the company.
Conducting targeted market research and utilising independent researchers to gather findings.
Developing a structured database of knowledge gained from market research.
Conducting market size and attractiveness assessments and preparing business cases to justify sales and marketing investment.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of business developments and trends in target markets.
Providing regular feedback and presenting findings to the business in the form of presentations and reports.
Translating research into customer communications such as press releases, news, social media posts, and case studies.
Actively contributing as a member of the Global Marketing Team and providing management and support to the Marketing Coordinator.

The skills and experience youll bring to the team:

Youll have demonstrable experience in using market research and business analysis methods and tools.
Youll have a genuine interest in world affairs and their impact on Global Manufacturing.
Youll possess strong strategic, business, and commercial acumen.
Youll have tenacity and a results-driven mentality with entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
Youll have a good working knowledge of internet-based market research tools, databases, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Relevant experience in conducting market research in a B2B manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
An additional language, such as German, French, or Spanish would be an advantage.
