This is an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses with excellent team working skills to join the Neath Port Talbot District Nursing Team. There is currently a full time post available within team. The successful applicant will provide professional, holistic nursing care and support to patients , carers and families within the community setting, delivered with compassion, dignity and respect. This post will require an individual who delivers the highest quality care, ensuring evidence based/ best practice and has a commitment to continuous professional development. Applications are invited from registrants with excellent communication skills, who have a flexible and adaptable approach to changing work patterns.
