Nightshift ControllerLocation: Polmadie, Glasgow G42 0PGSalary: £27k per year + Excellent Benefits.Contract: Full Time, PermanentHours: Night shift (19:00 - 07:00 on a 4 on 4 off rota)We are seeking a Nightshift Controller to work in a busy vehicle recovery company based in Glasgow. Customer Service Experience required. Full training will be given.Nightshift Controller - The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Previous experience within the logistics industry would be advantageous for this position but not essential as training will be provided.Own transport is essential.Nightshift Controller - Duties:

• Accepting Jobs and liaising with all major breakdown providers
• Liaising with drivers
• Dispatching, monitoring and debriefing drivers
• Dealing with enquires from the general public
• Liaising with Police Scotland and other Emergency Services
• Invoicing and queries
• General admin duties

Hours:This is a night shift positions which includes weekends and bank holidays.
