commercial administrator- Podingtonertemps has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join one of their clients based in Podington.As a Office Administrator you will assist with day-to-day administration and some of the HR and payroll functions and duties in the Podington office.This company is going through a period of growth, there are lots of changes in process and this is an excellent chance to be involved.Key responsibilities:

Form effective and robust working relationships across the organisation.
Day to day monitoring of the company inbox
Assist with administration cycle.
Prepare letters, contracts and other documentations when required.
Assist with payroll elements.
Responsible for all various general office duties

The successful candidate for the Administrator position will have:

Strong administrator experience
Advanced Excel skills
Good communication skills
