Technical ManagerPlymouth This is an excellent opportunity to work a for an award winning Food manufacturer in the heart of Devon as a Site Technical Manager.The Technical Manager is responsible for maintaining food safety and quality systems for all products and processes to meet food regulatory, compliance and company standards.Managing a small Technical team you will be responsible for the maintenance of the company’s BRC accreditation and other external accreditations as required by differing customer marketsOverseeing the development of new recipes and amendments to current recipes and ensuring customers receive samples as required and within tight deadlines.Recognition and adherence to the management of legal compliance and customer expectations.Technical Manager Skills / Experience Required
