Full Time 37.5 hours - Happy to talk Flexible and Agile WorkingWould you like to work for a progressive and ambitious company which is also one of the most successful within the UK construction industryIf so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Building Services Manager to join us in the Plymouth!About the RoleManaging the various Mechanical and Electrical (M & E) related subcontractors through their contractor design portion (COP) design development, site installation and commissioning, you’ll ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordancewith the contract programme. Promoting and achieving our Perfect Delivery philosophy throughout the project, you’ll ensure high standards of health and safety, safe by design, quality and customer satisfaction.About YouEducated to degree level in a relevant professional accreditation, you’ll ideally have a qualification in Mechanical and / or Electrical discipline and will have previous experience with Tier 1 contractor with some experience in pre-construction. With afull understanding of detailed M & E procedures, you’ll have a sound level of technical and professional expertise, you’ll have the ability to produce M & E design, installation and commissioning programmes, planning and prioritising daily diary, to ensureall targets are met.A full UK driving licence is essential.BenefitsWe strive to support our colleagues to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
