Job Description

We are recruiting an enthusiastic Showroom Consultant to join our Bathroom Showroom in Plymouth.This role is a PART TIME permanent role, working 20 hours per week.Typically the working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm with alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm.About the roleWorking in our bright and friendly showroom you will:

  • speak to customers and suppliers both face to face and over the phone daily, ensuring a very high level of customer service is offered at all times
  • design bathrooms; listen engage and advise your customer to offer the best products available to suit their needs
  • general housekeeping of the showroom making sure it is always presentable and products are priced correctly
    • About youYou will have worked in a sales based role and a customer facing role which will have given you skills to be able to confidently deal with the general public and trade customers.Ideally you will have previous bathroom design experience, or have some knowledge of bathroom products. We can train you on the bespoke design packages we use, therefore a good level of PC literacy is required to assist you with this.We have high volumes of work in the showroom so your ability to work under pressure will go along way in helping you to meet customer deadlines.We can offer you the opportunity to work in a bright and spacious showroom where we have a good variety of product to sell from, so with the training and support from the small team around you, you can be on your way to achieving success.About your development and benefitsWe aim to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move to the next stage in your career with us.
