Job Description

Were looking for Mechanical Maintenance Engineerto join our NHS Contract based in Plymouth.Location: Multi Site across Plymouth.Contract: Permanent. Full Time. Monday to Friday 7am-4pm (Flexible shift times available)What will you be responsible forAs a Mechanical Service Engineer, youll be working within the Facilities team, conducting Maintenance across a number of sites.Your day to day will include:

  • To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities and Reactive Maintenance as required.
  • Routine PPMs, Water checks, drain unblocking, general repairs, weekly fire alarm testing, door checks, tap flushing.
  • Assistance of M&E Contractors where required along with Ad-hoc maintenance duties.
What are we looking forThis role of Mechanical Engineer is great for you if:
  • You have previous experience working within a Multi Skilled Maintenance role, working in Commercial andDomestic buildings.
  • Have specific Mechanical Maintenance experience.
  • Full Driving License
  • Full knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and how this impacts working methods.
