Supervising in your Community If you live in communities of either Plympton, Plymstock, Yealmpton, Modbury, Ivybridge or Kingsbridge area you will live in our catchment area and this is where our wonderful team of CAREGivers work in our client’s own homes. Your Role As our Senior Care Quality Supervisor your role will be supporting our friendly team in the field and from the office. You will be pivotal in ensuring that the support that we provide within our local community is compliant and meets the requirement of the CQC Regulations.Our CAREGivers will need you to engage them and help them care for our clients in the ways they have chosen, and our Registered Manager will need you to perform duties that ensure our service is of the highest quality.All our CAREGivers are carefully matched and introduced to the person they support by you and others in our team that know those clients personally and share a great relationship together. Our visits are never rushed, and they are never less than an hour, meaning we spend quality time with the people we support. Key Information

  • £11.00 per hour Weekdays, £12.00 weekends plus mileage (no reduction when delivering care)
  • To be part of the on-call team (usually for emergencies only as this is well managed)
