Job Description

Are you a meticulous organiser with a passion for supporting educational environments Were seeking a dedicated Primary School Administrator to join us from March 4th to July 15th. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of the schoolcommunity based in PL5.Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Support the coordination of school events, timetables, and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in liaising with students, parents, and staff to ensure a smooth-running environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • While prior experience with SIMS software is advantageous, candidates with general administrative expertise are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
