This is a newly created and significant leadership role, we are seeking a SatCom Programme Director, grow and deliver the capability needed to provide Satellite Communications (SatCom)Beyond Line Of Sight (BLOS) to UK Government.Day to day, youll provide leadership which inspires Team Aurora, Babcocks SatCom enterprise, driving high performance behaviours aligned to the Babcock Purpose and Principles, establish and operate a SatCom delivery organisation (a Focus Area) to executethe programme within the C&CA Capability and Mission Systems balanced matrix structure, oversee effective stakeholder management and communication, including leading the customer relationship and lead/support commercial negotiations with the customer and developmentof strategic supply chain relationships.At Babcock, we have a history of helping talent go far.
