Job Title: SAP Neptune - Super User - Asset Maintenance & OperationsLocation: Devonport - PlymouthSalary: Competitive Salary + Benefits Job ID: SF43763Here at Babcock, we are looking for new faces to join our Functional Super User Team. This is to help support the introduction for the new SAP Neptune Programme (an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool). The successful mobilisation of ERP will supportour growth aspirations, facilitate greater collaboration, increase our agility, and enable us to leverage our potential skills and capabilities across the organisation. It is a vital transformation programme that will deliver an integrated set of end-to-endprocesses, enabled by SAP Neptune and a set of tools to support the business in delivering more effectively to our customers. Who we are looking forWe are looking for Functional Super Users to support the implementation of SAP Neptune across both Marine and Nuclear sectors, acting as the vital link between the business, end users and the technical IT teams.There are several opportunities across Asset Maintenance areas including:- Planning, Execution, Configuration, Master Data ManagementCovering different areas of the business including: - Factory Group, Labs, Submarines, Warships, Infrastructure & FacilitiesWhat will you be doingYoull be required to take an active role in learning the SAP solution, building up intimate knowledge of the SAP business processes, working with the business to deliver and maintain processes, providing ongoing support and driving continuous improvements.As a Super User you will be a strong advocate of the implementation, championing it across the business, being involved in testing the system and taking a lead on training end users.Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Support functional process leads providing detailed specialist expertise, understanding the As is processes and helping to share the To Be processes and business requirements
• Create and maintain processes and training material
• Deliver end user training and coaching
• Assist with the data cleansing preparation and migration
• Identify business change impacts and help to drive these across the organisation
• Create and perform user acceptance test scenarios
• Support cut-over and go live
• Champion and provide support for end users/key users in problem resolution & training post go-live
• Become an expert in the SAP AM/MRO processes
• Support future project implementations and drive continuous improvements

The experience youll bring:

• Previous SAP experience
• Previous experience with MRO Asset Maintenance and Operations
• Previous experience of working on transitions to an ERP solution is an advantage and or previous experience of supporting business change
• Experience coaching and training others
• Significant knowledge of the business and processes relevant to your discipline
• Able to work effectively on your own initiative, or as part of a project team in a matrix management organisation
• The ability to engage actively in a proactive manner with stakeholders at levels across the organisation
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 2010 suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• The ability to foster a culture that is positive about change
• Confident working collaboratively and communicating with others across the business
• The ability to deal effectively with conflict resolution

• The successful candidate will hold, or be eligible to acquire, Security Clearance at the appropriate level for this post.
• Passport, Licences and Qualifications must be shown at interview stage.
