Registered Manager - Autism Plymouth £33,000 - £35,000 Compass Associates are currently looking for a strong and passionate Registered Manager on behalf of a highly valued client throughout the UK. The Registered Manager appointed will take over a small service in the Plymouth area. The Role This role will involve managing the day to day running of the service, management of a stable staff team and ensuring high quality care is provided at all times. The Home Manager will be responsible for the budgets of the home and will be expected to have experience in managing home finances. The Candidate The role would suit a candidate who has extensive experience in working with adults with learning disabilities and autism, and the associated behaviours that may challenge. Someone who is confident in managing a large staff team and who has up to date CQC knowledge is essential. A candidate who has a track record in improving CQC ratings for a service would be preferable.
