Quantity Surveyor Plymouth£45000 - £60000 + Car Allowance + Progression Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established business where you will work on a range of interesting projects in a team of highly motivated and sociable individuals.On offer is the chance to further develop your experience by joining a team of chartered construction professionals, whilst receiving a great salary and benefits. This well-established contractor work on a range of projects mainly consisting of public sector, education, commercial and healthcare. This company has a strong belief in their team and values the service of committed, hard working people and are looking fora motivated Quantity Surveyor to help facilitate growth.In this role you will be based in Plymouth and will be required to travel to sites across Devon. Responsibilities will include surveying projects, managing projects from start to finish, managing accounts, liaising with clients and working closely with thecontracts team.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, confident, professional and happy to contribute ideas towards the business whilst being a team player. They must have high-level conversing skills to maintain strong relationships with clients. A full UK Driving Licenseis required.
