Youll be responsible for identifying benefits that can be realised from simplified ways of working and developing, leading and communicating the strategyfor achieving a best-in-class Business Management System. Your duties will also include carrying out the recruitment, retention and development of the BMS Governance and Improvement team and delegating the responsibility for ensuring the BMS function worksto its allocated budget.At Babcock, we have a history of helping talent go far.
