Property Manager (Progression to Director)£38,000 - £43,000 + Training + Bonus + Company BenefitsPlymouth, DevonAre you a Property Manager looking for a fantastic opportunity to progress into a director position within a rapidly expanding company offering plenty of in house training and formal courses to progress your skillset and qualificationsOn offer is an exclusive opportunity to join a join the senior management team within a company working on a variety of residential and commercial properties across the south west. With plenty of training opportunities and clear routes to progress into adirector this is a sought after opportunity.In this role, you will be managing the H&S team and the accounts team as well as getting involved in hands on property management and overseeing the junior property managers. You will have the opportunity to attend formal courses to get you fully accreditedand eventually there will be progression into a director position.This role would suit a Property Manager from a commercial or residential background looking for a technically challenging, varied and rewarding role, managing multiple teams within a rapidly expanding business offering the opportunity to become a directorof the business.The Role:

  • Managing the accounts / finance and H&S teams
  • Overseeing the property managers and assisting them with their portfolios
  • Managing an office of 8+ and being able to deal with disciplinary issues
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, 37.5 hours a week
