We help customers in the UK and around the world to improve the capability, reliability and availability of theirmost critical assets within the four market sectors of Marine, Land, Aviation, and Nuclear, underpinned by a deep understanding of technology integration, unique infrastructure and specialist training.The roleThe difference our new Project Manager will makeAs a Project Manager, youll have a role thats out of the ordinary where youll manage a multi-disciplinary project team, responsible for high, medium and low complexity projects, ensuring safe design and delivery, timely completion and cost effectiveness.Day to day, youll maintain high standards of delivery whilst supporting the delivery team with day-to-day management, process and financial control. Developing and maturing company, site capability and facility readiness initiatives and strategies to enablefunding, design and delivery. Driving high safety standards and expectations across all areas of the business whilst being an ambassador for diversity and inclusion. Monitoring performance, resource and map capability to ensure the team is prepared for currentand future demand. This will include development of individuals within the team to provide opportunity for future career advancement whilst also managing and overcoming shortfalls or poor performance.At Babcock, we have a history of helping talent go far.
