Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Print Room Operative to work for a government client based in PlymouthThis is a full time role working Monday-Friday, 37 hour per weekRate of pay is £11.72 per hourThis is a temporary assignment ongoing until 12/08/2022 with a possibility of an extensionMain duties include:o Undertake the full range of print and dispatch room production tasks using manual and machine assisted methodso Perform regular maintenance on print and dispatch room machinery, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained to safe operating levelso Carry out regular quality checks during print and dispatch production operations and adjust machine settings accordinglyMonitor and efficiently manage use of print room consumableso Keep accurate records of machine maintenance carried out, keep accurate records of production statistics for print and dispatch duties, and supply in appropriate form to interested partieso Carry out fault diagnostics and repairs within the remit of their training and third-party guidanceo Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to.o Manually matching documentation and inserting into envelopes.Skills and experience required:-Interest in Machinery / Photography-Good knowledge of printing on printers and wide format plottersIf you are interested, please apply below
