Job Description

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Principal Civil Engineer to work with a global award-winning consultancy on a one of the UKs largest defence-based projects.This large consultancy is looking for a Principle Civil Engineer working on a large-scale defence Project. They are offering a fully remote working arrangement with very competitive rates.To be required for this role you must be

  • Civil Engineering (preferably in a marine environment but not essential)
  • Have Experience with:
      • Ducts and Networks
      • Swept Path Analysis
      • Roads & Hardstandings
      • Miscellaneous foundations (lighting, bollards etc.)
    • Marine remedial civil repairs
    • Management of sub-contractors/consultants.
Capable of leading on:
  • Management of the civil engineering elements of the Facility ensuring designer technical performance and making appropriate technical responses. Provide Subject Matter Expert advice for civil engineering
  • Provide Technical design guidance and review of civil design packages
  • Provide Technical design guidance and review integration of civil designs with other design packages
  • Ensure that the design documentation covers the scope of operations required by the Project Manager and is produced to agreed standards, schedule and budget
