Operations ManagerPlymouthUp to £50,000 + Shift Allowance + Annual Performance Bonus + Relocation Package + Additional BenefitsRotating Shifts 07:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:00, Monday to FridayPermanentOperations Manager required for a globally recognised manufacturer who are market leading within their niche industry. They are a brand associated with quality and offer a varied role within a great team environment.The role of operations manager would suit a candidate with experience in a similar position and has a strong engineering or manufacturing background. It would be highly advantageous if the candidate has recognised health and safety qualification (NEBOSHor IOSH) and knowledge of CNC machining, welding and automated coating systems. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, proof of leading, developing and managing people within a manufacturing and engineering environment.As the operations manager, you will have the overall responsibility for management of a large team consisting of sheet metal operations, powder coatings and assembly work. You will be expected to lead and manage the shifts to achieve KPIs throughout productions,health and safety and quality.
