On offer is fantastic chanceto progress your career but also a chance to upskill through internal and external training the company provide.Are you a health and safety professional Are you looking to join one of the fastest growing consultancies in the South West The company is a specialist apprentice and NVQ provider that since being founded has a long-standing and established reputation within the construction industry. They offer and implement health and safety solutions and standards for clients that span acrossall sectors within construction industry. They are in an incredible growth phase and due to a full order book are looking to bring in an Operations Manager to sustain the growth. In this role you will be an integral member of the company and lead a team of around 12-15 people. You will be based at the companys head office in Plymouth and have work that spans the breadth of the South West. Your main duties will be overseeing the healthand safety consultants and ensuring they are hitting their KPIs. You will also occasionally spend some time visiting various construction sites and providing health and safety consultancy work. You must have achieved GradIOSH and either have a NEBOSH Diplomaor an NVQ Level 6. Since the work will be across the South West you must have a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. This is an excellent opportunity therefore would suit an ambitious Health and Safety professional that is looking to head up the health and safety operations for the company.
