Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager looking for a new challenge Our client, an established residential and student letting agency, is seeking a skilled individual to join their senior management team in Plymouth. With a competitive salary in therange of £28,000 to £30,000 per year, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a maintenance department and managing a small team of builders and external contractors. Your role will involve liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure that propertiesare well-maintained and that any necessary repairs are carried out promptly. You will also be involved in project managing large jobs such as property refurbishments, particularly during the busy student turnaround period from July to September.In addition to your technical skills and experience in residential maintenance, you will need to have excellent customer service and administrative skills. The ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines is essential. Previous managementexperience, as well as knowledge of health and safety regulations, would be advantageous.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a local business that is experiencing growth, and to work alongside a team of experienced professionals. A full UK driving license and vehicle are required for this role, and free parking is provided.
