  • Ensure all staff have undertaken the appropriate training and are in possession of a valid SIA licence
  • Accurate planning of all officers shifts to ensure full staff coverage
  • Ensure all assignment instructions are actioned and site documentation is kept legible and up to date
  • Assist the security management in developing and sharing "best practice" and use of systems and tools to improve service effectiveness
  • Participate in any arrange training to improve standards and company performance
  • Be the first point of contact on shift for all security-related queries
  • Any other duties as directed by the Deputy Branch Manager

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Must have a full driving licence
  • Good standard IT skills

  • Previous Security experience
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Approacable
  • EFAaW (first aid)
