Job Description

*IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE*We have an ongoing temporary role for a national supplier based in Plymouth, PL6. Office-based with option to work 1 week in every 4 from home!If you are experienced in customer service (call centre, hospitality, retail or any customer facing role then this role may be for you!Working on site at our clients depot you will be at the heart of the day to day operations enabling you to resolve customer queries in real time. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to end customers.
  • Prioritising workload, ensuring a timely response to all customer queries via the CRM system.
  • Conducting thorough investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
  • Adhere to company compliance and escalate any discrepancies to the compliance managers.
  • Inputting and updating Data on Excel workbooks
Successful applicants will be:
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Have a good, basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Be adaptable to change and new systems
  • Have experience of end to end case management in a Customer Service setting.
  • Have access to the internet at home, should you be required to work remotely
In return our client offers:
  • £9.50 per hour
  • Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 8am and 6pm. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working.
