You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our current and future workforce is capable of delivering client demands. Day to day, you’ll work closely with the Group Head of Capability to run a programme that solidifies all elements of learning and development into an academy approach:

  • Collaborate with HR and wider business
  • Long term, strategic planning
  • Enacting change within the business
  • Work with team to develop and deliver courses
Essential experience of the Head of Babcock Skills Academy:
  • Previous experience of leading, designing and executing learning programs / academies
  • Experience of implementing training related change programs
  • Commercially and financially competent
  • Ability to work with variety of stakeholders, including internationally
Full Time, based on a 37.5 hour week. Remote working available although must be willing to travel to a base location, preferably Plymouth.Qualifications for the Head of Babcock Skills Academy:
  • Degree qualified in relevant subject
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.Our Benefits
