Job Title: Facility Support Engineer Location: Plymouth, Devon, GB, PL1 4SGCompensation: Salary Band 3 - £32,020 + Competitive + Benefits,Role Type: Full time / Permanent Job ID: SF 40265Working as part of the Nuclear Facilities Operations and Maintenance Team, the Facility Support Engineer is critical in ensuring that assets, infrastructure and systems are maintained and controlled, to meet the demands of the business within the SubmarineRefit Complex. Working alongside a very proactive and energetic team with scope for extra training and progression within the business. Who we are looking for Looking for a positive and proactive individual who can work well in a team and on their own. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the workforce. Have a drive to improve things and take the lead on tasks and at times work under pressure.What will you be doing* Plan, support and manage maintenance plans and activities. * Control and support all works packages within the SRC * Lead- Health and Safety, security and general husbandry Inspections of SRC site* Interface and co-ordinate Contractors/Subcontractors and other Babcock departments* Work closely with Industrial staff members giving clear breifs and support of activities. The experience youll bring * Incumbent must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, * Minimum - Level 3 in Engineering discipline or equivalent * Familiar with Maintenance plans and regimes * Understanding of Risk assessments and Method statements * Ability to supervise and instruct workers of all levelsYou will need to satisfy security requirements.
