Job Description

D365FO Functional Consultant / Business AnalystHybrid - Offices located nationwideUp to £60,000PermanentMy client is an end-user looking for a functional consultant to join their growing team. The role includes working closely within a team to help design and test solutions, ensuring they meet requirements and then assisting in the business change adoptionprocess to assist in rolling out changes to the end-users.The Role

  • Stakeholder facing, working on your own or as part of a team
  • Elicitation and collation of business requirements from multiple users using a range of disparate levels of details
  • Development of data models and use cases to support and inform business requirements
  • Identifying best practice in the industry and keep up to date with non-functional requirements to ensure the systems remain compliant
  • Where necessary, seeking out software solutions to business requirements and assisting with supplier selection processes
The Person
  • Experience working PSA and Finance system solutions (experience in Dynamics 365 F&O is essential)
  • Demonstrable Business Analysis within projects and programme change initiatives
  • Conducting and supporting the creation, changes of and/or review any technical design documentation and provide feedback as required
  • Experience working in IT (ideally supported by Business Analysis Qualification)
  • Strengths in communication, decision making, problem solving and analytic skills
  • Ability to build relationships with project teams, to help drive successful deliveries
