Caralex Recruitment Limited are recruiting on behalf of an up-and-coming housebuilder based in Plymouth.They are looking to appoint a Customer Service &SalesManager to meet customers face-to-face over the various developments and take them through the customer journey, answering any and all queries and complaints they have before purchase as well as afterhandover/completion.You would be also responsible for accurate data recording as you liaise between the customers and the estate agents during this process to ensure a strong-quality customer service experience on behalf of the company.This role would suit a candidate who has worked in a similar role for a housebuilder, housing association or from an estate agent background looking to make a move client side.
