Job Description

We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work on a project covering PL postcodes between 23rd October - 1st December 2023

  • Are you available to start work on Monday 23rd October
  • Can you commit to working until project completion / 1st December 2023
  • Do you have a valid UK driving licence with your own car
  • Do you have business insurance on your car or are you willing to obtain this for the project
If you answered yes to the above questions, we could have the perfect role for you.
  • You will be visiting businesses within PL postcode area conducting a brief customer service survey along with test card machine transactions.
  • All details and questions will be provided to you via a mobile app, with each visit expected to take around 10 minutes.
  • You will be working to targets (a set number of visits per day).
  • Hours: Monday - Friday (8 hours per day) **no weekend working**
  • £13 per hour.
  • Potential to earn additional money on each visit too.
You will be required to undertake paid virtual training for 2 hours week commencing 16th October.To be considered for this role you need:
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • A smart phone to log your surveys via an app.
  • To be self-motivated and able to commit to the duration of the assignment.
  • UK Driving license and own vehicle with business insurance (reimbursement available).
