Compliance LeadPlymouth - Multi-Site responsibilities Plymouth & Shepshed with a small amount of travel between sites required (1-2 times a month)Permanent Hours 37.5 (Monday - Thursday, 4 day working week)Salary £35 - £45k depending on experience.We are recruiting for a Compliance lead for a large modern manufacturer based on the outskirts of the cityAs a Compliance Lead you will * Maintain all Site management systems to ISO certification standards and adapt to future standards when required (specifically ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001) and any other as the business needs require* Be accountable for ensuring Quality, EHS and Environmental standards on site. * Regular auditing of internal and external (including suppliers) parts, processes, procedures, manufacturing and standards takes place to against contractual agreements on a routine and regular bases, non-conformance is dealt with as per agreements/contractsand handled accordingly.* Any incidents/accidents, non conformances, claims, or other non-standard accounts are fully investigated to route cause in timely fashion.We are looking for candidates with :* A strong quality background, specifically with knowledge of transforming standards to a quality led business* Excellent knowledge/experience of ISO standards specifically 9001 and 45001* Experience of running/maintaining a quality system* IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualification or other health and safety knowledgeForma Education or training:* Preferred -Degree in any science or technical biases.* Desirable-Manufacturing or Quality Engineering apprenticeship * Desirable-Quality Assurance qualification Great company benefits, including:* Externally recognised training* Employee perk and recognition package* Elected Works Committee* Health insurance (you and Under 18 dependants) * Discounted gym and pool membership* Bike to work scheme plus many more.If you are the right candidate for this role please click apply now or call the Acorn Plymouth office to discuss further Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
