I am recruiting for 5Collection Agents to join a busy team in the heart of Plymouth City Centre. This role will involve supporting customers who have expressed concerns about payment difficulties,hardship and minimising/collecting arrears for customers who have failed to make payments due, through appropriate forbearance treatments.Provisional Start Date: March 2021This role is office based (Plymouth City Centre), Monday – Friday and current operational hours are 8am – 8pm and one Saturday in every 3 working 8am – 1pm.
