I am recruiting for 3 Collection Agents to join a busy team in the heart of Plymouth City Centre. This role will involve supporting customers who have expressed concerns about payment difficulties and hardship and minimising and collecting arrears for customers who have failed to make payments due through appropriate forbearance treatments.Provisional Start Date: 23rd NovemberThis role is office based (Plymouth City Centre), Monday – Friday and current working hours are 9am – 5pm and one Saturday per month working 8am – 1pm. £9.30 per hour, paid weekly.Full training is provided and there is the potential that this temporary role will result in a permanent role in the new year.For further information please contact Kyle Raven in the Reed Plymouth Office.
