Experienced, resilient Customer Service Complaint handling professionals required to assist in supporting our client – the UKs designated Universal Postal Service Provider. We are recruiting 15 Customer Service Complaint Handlers to start ASAP for up to 12 weeks.You will be required to handle customer queries & complaints in a call centre environment, advising customers on the status of their delivery of items, and what to do if an item is lost or damaged or delayed. You will provide general advice and guidance to customers ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are maintained and a first class customer experience is provided to customersYou will be a proficient computer user capable and confident of navigating multi-screens, capturing customer data quickly and accurately, listening to and resolving customer enquiries through the provision of excellent service to the valued customers.Good working knowledge of all major PC applications - including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Our client also uses Siebel applications – experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided.The working week is 35 hours per week.
