Full training is available but there is a real emphasis ongeneral support.What will the Assistant Restaurant Manager do

  • Work with the restaurant manager giving feedback and advice on the store.
  • Motivate and lead a shift to consistently achieve results.
  • Assist with ongoing training of staff.
  • Work with the manage to help resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide the customer with a fist class experience by example.
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards across the store.
