Job Description

Asbestos Surveyor - BOHS P402£22,000 - £27,000 + BenefitsPlymouth, South WestOur client is seeking an enthusiastic Asbestos Surveyor to join their successful and fast growing consultancy. This company has developed a well-respected name within the asbestos industry and have recently gained large sought after contracts located in the Plymouth area. Amongst Asbestos, our client also delivers a wide range of environmental services that include Legionella and Health and Safety, and opportunities to cross train and further asbestos training will be provided to the right candidates.Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:

  • Undertake demolition, refurbishment and management surveys across a range of buildings
  • Collect bulk sampling and liaise with accredited laboratories
  • Collate collected data and produce accurate reports in a timely manner
  • Build client relationships and deliver excellent customer service at all times
    • Essential Requirements:
  • BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified
  • Able to demonstrate a minimum of 6 months (post qualification) experience in asbestos surveying
  • Full UK driving license
  • A good understanding of the health and safety legislation in relation to asbestos
  • Proficient in Miscrsoft Office packages and knowledge of TEAMS
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well independntly and as part of a team
